How to manage live broadcast leads and enterprise accounts
What is a Business Page?
Business Pages are only available to business account users. Companies can display business information (such as website, email, address, phone number, app download link) and curate photo galleries on their personal homepages - all of which can be displayed on their personal homepages.
- In the Business Information module, companies can display company contact information, company website and app download links to make potential live streamers find the company.
- Using the Photo Gallery module, companies can curate photos, top live streamer highlights or company locations.
一、Illustrate
Before setting up your comment link, make sure you have updated the TikTok app to the latest version on the App Store.
1. Navigate to the new Business Page Profile tab
1. Go to Profile
2. Click on the New Business Page icon
3. Click Get Started
Note: After initial setup, you can manage your Business Page from the Business Suite
2. Click Join
3. Click on the Photo Gallery or Business Info module to start customizing your Business Page
Note:
- You must add at least 1 module/section to make your Business Page publicly visible.
- You must toggle Business Page on to show the selected module
4. (Optional) Upload up to 10 photos in your photo gallery
1. Note: You must upload at least 5 photos to display the photo gallery module on your business page (only 5 photos will be displayed on the cover of the business page without scrolling)
5. Select a title for your photo gallery from the following preset options:
1. Photo Gallery (default)
2. Menu
3. Environment
4. Products and Services
6. Toggle on your business page to display the selected module
Note:
- Maximum image size per photo is 10MB
- You can click on each photo to delete it or pin it to the first position in the gallery
- All images must follow TikTok Community Guidelines
7. (Optional) Update your business information section with one or more of the following attributes
1. Company Name
2. Establishment Date
3. Region
4. Website
5. Email
6. Phone Number
7. Address
8. App Download Link
9. Business Category

Get Started
1. Go to your profile --> click on "..." in the upper right corner --> click on "Enterprise Suite"
2. Select "Get Leads"
3. Click on the terms box and then select the red box titled "Start Getting Leads"
4. Go to the Lead Form Settings page to create a new lead generation form
Fill in the required information
1. Fill in the required lead form details and submit:
- Introduction: a business description (200 word limit);
- What your form asks: (must select at least 1 question), including:
- How can we help you? (enquiry details)
- Name;
- Phone number;
- Email;
- Country and city;
Enter your privacy policy
1. Enter your company's privacy policy, there are two options
- Manually add your privacy policy: copy/paste your privacy policy as text;
- URL upload: If you choose this method, you must enter the privacy policy URL;

If you submit via URL upload, the URL link should be directly connected to your privacy policy, otherwise the form will be rejected.

3. After completion, click Next to review

Review Results and Actions
1. Once submitted, the lead form will become "pending";
2. If approved (Figure 1)
- Review results will be sent via internal mail;
- The "Get Leads" switch will be automatically turned on; the switch must be turned off to edit the call to action or form information
- The function entry button will appear in your profile page.
- The lead function entry can be applied to your short video or live broadcast room
3. If rejected (Figure 2)
- Review results will be sent via internal mail;
- The rejection reason will be listed in the "unapproved" status; The lead form details will be re-edited through three highlighted areas;
- Re-editing the lead form questions will follow a similar process to the above; The lead form will be reviewed after resubmission;
Note: During standard operating hours, instant form review may take 24 hours.
[Advanced] Set up the "clue" function entry in short videos
Create your TikTok short video and apply the Get Leads link
1. Create your TikTok short video via the "+" icon;
2. Find 'Add Link' and edit your short video description and tags;
3. Search and add "Get Leads" under "Add Link", or directly select "Get Leads" if it is listed in the menu;
4. Publish the short video and start getting leads;
Solution when the link to get leads cannot be marked
In some cases, getting leads by adding a link is not an option and must be modified to continue:
1. The short video does not use commercial music or non-commercial sounds; (a toast notification will pop up);
2. The lead form has not been created or has not been reviewed;
3. The switch to get leads has not been turned on;
How can potential live streamers see/fill out the lead form through short videos?
While browsing short videos, potential TikTok live streamers identify the short videos posted with the "Get Leads Link";
1. Click the "Get Leads" link marked in the short video;
2. Fill out the required fields of the pre-filled lead form;
3. Submit.
[Advanced] Set up the "clue" function entrance in the live broadcast room
Set up function entry before live broadcast
1. Make sure the lead generation form has been created and opened;
2. Click "Get leads (only 1 function entry)/Business (with multiple function entries)" on the live setting page;
3. After clicking Get leads, you can enter the page to add function entry;
4. Preview the lead generation form;
5. You can also remove the existing function entry.
三、Auto-reply configuration
"Auto Reply" includes three parts: welcome message, recommended questions and keyword automatic reply. If you don't want to miss messages from intended live broadcasters, it is recommended to turn on the privacy setting of "Receive messages from everyone" before using it.

1. Tip 1: In addition to saying "hello", welcome messages can also be used for other purposes to achieve live streamer recruitment goals:
- Manage live streamer expectations and avoid live streamer loss: Hello! Thank you for contacting us. We will answer your questions within x hours. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
- Direct users from the instructor account to the official account: Hey! Nice to meet you. You can check the "official account handle" for more information.
- Convert leads to takeovers: Thank you for contacting our company. We are currently offering free trials for offline live broadcasts from xx to xx.
2. Tip 2: Activate keyword automatic replies through welcome message settings.
- Welcome message examples: Reply "live", "course", "service" to get more information about these topics.
3. Tip 3: In order not to lose the opportunity to communicate with the audience, it is recommended to turn on "Everyone" in the privacy settings to send messages.
4. Tip 4: It is recommended to check the timeliness of automatic messages regularly to ensure that the content is up to date.
四、View the live broadcaster's profile
View lead information
1. Log in to the enterprise account and open the enterprise suite-lead management
2. Filter the collected leads by source/status (new/completed) time
3. Click on a single collected lead to view details
4. Click "Download" in the upper right corner to download the lead information within the last 90 days
